One of the greatest stories of all time is about the United States hockey team at Lake Place back during the 1980 Olympics and recently one of the most central figures from the American run joined us for a fantastic conversation about it all!
The great Jim Craig was kind enough to join SB Nation's RJ Ochoa, and he did so from the locker room where he and his United States teammates got dressed for the game in question at Lake Place. Ahead of the upcoming Olympics, Michelob ULTRA is inviting fans to the historic site to "Run Back the Miracle" which is a throwback event that is using all sorts of amazing technology to recreate key moments from the game.
Jim was kind enough to explain the event and discuss how the Americans pulled it all off in addition to a few other things.
