A 4x4 keypad is interfaced with an MSP-EXP430G2 TI Launchpad to use as an input device. The MSP-EXP430G2 TI Launchpad is used to detect the key pressed and the key pressed is displayed on the serial monitor of Energia. 1-wire technique is used for detection of key pressed. This technique save a lot of GPIO pins.
