This traditional Japanese house had been a vacant "akiya" in Japan's countryside for two years before we arrived. Here are some of the renovation projects we did over the span of 6 months. This house is in the Inaka (Japanese Countryside) of Ehime Prefecture, Shikoku, Japan.
