The occurrence happened within the "bhasma aarti." Neeraj Kumar Singh, the collector for Ujjain, verified the occurrence. He claimed that a magistrate's investigation into the event has been mandated. 'Gulal' was being hurled into the sanctum sanctorum as part of the Holi celebration, according to witnesses.
