Many of us carry inner voices that feel dark, harsh, or frightening — even when life on the outside looks “fine.” In today’s session, we’ll explore why these voices show up and how to meet them with steadiness instead of fear. This isn’t about forcing positivity or getting rid of anything. It’s about approaching what feels heavy with respect and care.
