Описание: APRIL 2024 MARKET UPDATE - Spring has sprung, but what spring has also brought is a lot of inventory as anticipated.

Last year, you had a lot of people who did achieve a sale. You have people who are thinking about doing business year this year that have listed their homes as well as some people who are facing financial burdens. So we knew inventory levels were gonna rise. Whereas March, we felt a little momentum in the market. Sale prices slightly rising, days on market shrinking, and sales slightly increasing. We did see that mildly through the month of April as well. Sale prices slightly jumped up. Sales slightly jumped up, but more importantly, inventory levels, by the time we got to mid April, drastically jumped up.

We're anticipating that sales might weaken over the next few months. Demand has seemed to dissipate. So what does this mean for everybody?
