Cabbage Salad l Cabbage Cucumber Corn Salad

Описание: A simple and easy refreshing and delicious nice crunch Cabbage salad seasoned with some spices, olive oil tossed with an easy dressing comes out fresh and tangy, with a fresh lemon juice and mint flavor. This salad also goes well with slice of homemade bread.

INGREDIENTS
Shredded Cabbage - 2 cup
Sweet Corn - 1 cup
Cucumber - 1 cup or 1 (medium size)
Onion - 1 (medium size)
Green chili - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 tsp
Red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
Crushed roasted cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Pink salt to taste
Black salt little
Vinegar - 1 to 2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Olive oil - 1 to 2 tsp
Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp
