✅ Do This (Day 1–3):
Use heat or ice (whichever feels better)
Go on short walks every few hours
Rest with good lumbar support
Try gentle pelvic tilts & belly breathing
Stay hydrated
Sleep with pillow support under or between knees
🚫 Don’t Do This:
Stay in bed all day
Bend, twist, or lift suddenly
Pick up heavy things
Stretch aggressively or try to "crack" your back
Ignore sharp or radiating pain
Return to exercise or yard work too soon
