Описание: NumPy doesn't make pensions more fun, but it makes computing them easier! In the new pension system, we need to forecast all future pensions payments for the next 100 years so asset managers can align their investments accordingly. That means crunching a lot of data for each of our millions of participants. Luckily, NumPy, while perhaps being Boring Technology, is extremely well suited for this task. In this talk you will learn how these computations -- involving Markov chains and Einstein summations over higher dimensional structures -- are not only made elegant with Numpy, but also fast.
