In this video, I talk about SHTF on a budget and why buying used firearms from a pawn shop can save you a lot of money if you know what you’re looking for.
I show two pistols I’ve owned and carried myself:
A Springfield XD9 Subcompact
A Rock Island Armory 1911A1-CS (compact Officer’s model)
I’m on a fixed income like a lot of people out there, so I don’t buy guns new. Pawn shops let you inspect the exact firearm you’re buying, and many of these pistols are built well enough that they simply don’t wear out.
Both of these make solid concealed-carry options and are also practical, dependable firearms for SHTF, or protecting your family when things go bump in the night.
I’m not selling anything and I don’t profit from firearm sales — I’m just passing along what’s worked for me so you can save money and still stay prepared.
