Beth makes her delicious shrimp po boys and creamy creole sauce.
Shrimp Batter:
Dry Ingredients
3 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (more for extra heat)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1.5 cup AP flour
1 cup cornmeal
Wet Ingredients
hot sauce
4 eggs
Creole Sauce:
1 cup mayo (Duke's)
2 Tbsp dill relish
2-3 Tbsp crushed garlic (less if you are not a fan)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp capers chopped
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
