INGREDIENTS ⁣

▪️3 large overripe bananas (I used bananas that were brown all over- works much better)⁣
▪️1/3 cup self-raising flour, sifted⁣
▪️1/3cup smooth nut butter of choice⁣
▪️1/3 cup pure maple syrup⁣
▪️1/3 cup cacao/cocoa powder⁣
▪️1/3 cup almond milk/any milk ⁣
⁣
Toppings: chocolate chips (optional)⁣
⁣
METHOD ⁣
⁣
▪️Combine all the ingredients except for the toppings in a large bowl and mix well to combine. ⁣
▪️Pour batter into the muffin cups, dividing evenly. ⁣
▪️Sprinkle on chocolate chips (optional)⁣
▪️Bake for 20 to 25 minutes⁣
