The exercise for this 20 Min Full Body Weight Plate Workout are:
A1. Overhead Squat
A2. Fifth Round Bent Over Row
A3. Fifth Round Standing Overhead Press
A4. Fifth Round Alternating Lunges
To perform this 20 Minute Full Body Weight Plate Workout, you will perform 5 rounds of the entire circuit with an interval time of 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off. That means that for each exercise, you will be performing as many repetitions as you can for 50 seconds then resting for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
