A chemotherapy-free regimen with simultaneous ponatinib and blinatumomab was found to have good safety signals and to be efficacious in patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), according to results from a Phase II study.
