TFE Games Holdings has filed a lawsuit against Steven Sharif and John Moore in Clark County, Nevada. The complaint includes serious financial allegations involving alleged misappropriation of funds, shareholder loans, an Article 9 foreclosure of Intrepid Studios and with it Ashes of Creation assets, and the sale of a San Diego property.

Note the steam notice was received on 1/18/2026, not 2016.

We break down what an Article 9 foreclosure actually means, what assets TFE claims it acquired, and the specific dollar amounts mentioned in the lawsuit — including $17.4 million in alleged unauthorized expenses and questions surrounding company reimbursements and shareholder transfers.
