It is the season of Jackfruits and Fansachi Bhaji ( Jackfruit Gravy ) is a must recipe to prepare.
Shivani went to her husband’s friend’s house to get a raw jackfruit for making a few jackfruit recipes. like Fansachi Bhaji ( कच्च्या फणसाची भाजी ), Talalele gare ( तळलेले गरे ) etc.
She asked uncle to harvest a Jackfruit which is raw/almost ripen since it is good to prepare a Jackfruit Gravy ( फणसाची भाजी ). Uncle's grand-daughter Shrisha was also there and she came at our home with Pooja.
