2000 NB Miata Idle Issue. Help Needed!

Need some input for troubleshooting my idle issue. I have a 2000 Automatic NB1 Mazda Miata. I have rebuilt the engine, added a new idle air control valve, cleaned intakes, exhaust, valves, the whole nine. I’m getting power, ground, spark, fuel, and air. Although I believe the air intake could be choking out my motor causing it to surge the way it does. I also suspect that maybe my solenoid in my trans could going out. I’m at ends with this problem and just to be pointed in the right direction, any and all input helps! Thank you!
Should be noted that the video is a combination of the idle when it is in park and Im giving it a few revs then it switches over at 00:16 to when the car is struggling to accelerate while in drive.
