I frequently get asked which types of salts I like to use. Here is the breakdown 👇

1. Diamond kosher salt: I use this for seasoning.  This is my everyday salt. I like it because it has a larger flake size which is easier to control with your fingers. 

2. Pink Himalayan Salt-rock salt, unrefined, has a crunch. Great option!

3. @maldonsalt Sea Salt-A finishing salt.  Love the shape of it, also a nice crunch.  Be careful with it because its larger.  Goes great sprinkled on butter or over a chocolate chip cookie, just rounds it out.

4. Iodized (table salt) salt: never use!  Its has additives and it’s too fine which makes it difficult to control.
