Based on current information,
From 13 September 2025, new English language test options will be available for meeting the Subclass 482 (SID stream) visa requirements. However, Cambridge C1 Advanced tests taken on or after this date will no longer be accepted for the SID visa. If you have already booked a Cambridge C1 Advanced test, ensure you complete it before this date.
Some existing test score requirements will also change, but there will be no changes to the current exemptions for the SID visa. Tests taken before 13 September 2025 will still be valid for three years for SID visa purposes.
