This lovely dip goes perfect as a spread on bread or even better with water crackers. Here in Malta we choose to eat it with either traditional maltese bread (hobz tal- Malti) or our traditional water crackers (galletti)
This dip can be served for a bbq in summer or when having guests over at home, some may also find that's its a perfect addible for when cooking snails.
Ingredients:
Sliced Bread
2 Tomatoes
1 Cup Olive Oil
8 Cloves Of Garlic
4 Tbs Vinegar
143g Kunserva (Tomato Paste)
8 Pickled Onions
3 Tbs Capers
1 Onion
Fresh Herbs ; Parsley, Basil, Mint,Peppermint, Marojam
