In this edition of Tarikh Divyanshi talks about 1945 Indian National Army trials. It is also known as the INA Red Fort trials. After the second world War the British army arrested INA soldiers. British started trials against INA Top Commander Shah Nawaz Khan, Gurbaksh Singh Dhillon and Prem Kumar Sahgal. They were charged with waging war against the nation and Murder. Congress Leader and lawyer Bhulabhai Desai argued for INA Soldiers. Hearing the arguments of Bhulabhai Desai, the British court had to convert the death sentence of the soldiers to life imprisonment.
