Jenn, Woodstock Hospital's Director of Strategic Planning, Community Engagement, and Patient Experience Lead, explains how to use the CBORD Patient Meal Ordering App on the hospital's patient TVs. This feature will be available starting August 13th, 2025.
By integrating this app onto our free patient entertainment system, we hope to empower patients to actively participate in their care - starting by selecting what is on their plate! The patient's special dietary requirements will be automatically uploaded.
We recognize that not every patient may want to order their meal on the TV or be able to use it. Our Food Services staff will still be available to take orders that haven't been placed through the app.
