Описание: Herb salt is a great way to add seasoning to a variety of ingredients. You can use a variety of culinary herbs. Wash and dry herbs overnight before beginning. Measure out about one cup of herbs. Experiment to find your favorite combination. Add herbs and 1/2 cup Kosher salt to your food processor. Do 3 short pulses and the blend for about 1 minute. Pour out in a clean dish and cover with parchment paper. Let dry for about a day. Then pour salt into a sanitized jar. Use on your favorite meats or veggies.
