From distributing 2,000 Iftar meals in Manhattan during Ramadan to organizing financial wellness classes and toy giveaways, her work is making a lasting impact.

This year’s Iftar on the Go initiative was made possible thanks to the generous support of Islamic Relief USA and NYC Comptroller Brad Lander’s Office, helping ensure that Muslim New Yorkers could break their fast with dignity.

Inspired by her mother’s generosity in Pakistan, Tabinda continues the tradition of service, even bringing her employer, JPMorganChase, into the fold to support MCN’s initiatives. As a single Muslim mother who has faced financial hardships, she is committed to ensuring others don’t go through the same struggles.
