Professor Buckingham is a scholar, writer and consultant specializing in young people, media and education. He is an Emeritus Professor at Loughborough University, and a Visiting Professor at Sussex University and at Kings College London. He was the founder and director of the Centre for the Study of Children, Youth and Media at the Institute of Education, London University.
And he is an honorary member of Mediawise Romania.
