Universal Mardi Gras 2026 Opening Day! Food Booths, Tribute Store + Parade (sort of...)

Описание: Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras 2026 is officially underway (February 7 – April 4, 2026) — and Elena and I kicked it off on opening day! 🎭🎺

We sampled some must-try festival bites including:
✅ Cajun Mac N Cheese
✅ Pastelon Fritters
✅ Verlasso “Fire” Salmon
…and for dessert… the glorious chaos that is the King Gator’s Praline Party Shake. 🐊🍦

For drinks, we grabbed a Piña Colada, and I (Elena was NOT a fan 😂) absolutely loved the Jack Links Wild Bloody Mary.

We also walked through the Mardi Gras Tribute Store — and wow… it was wonderful. Universal always goes hard on these, and this one did not disappoint.

We wrapped up the evening with a modified version of the parade. Some floats were missing, and many of the floats that did run didn’t have people throwing beads… which definitely changed the vibe. Still, overall? Another great Universal Mardi Gras adventure!
