During our Futures workshop, we reviewed one of our best Currency Futures swing trading strategies not previously discussed during the meetups. This included the detailed trade setup, position sizing and $$$ risk management.

We looked at wins and losses over the last few years, and profitability at the end of each month and each year when traded per plan. We showed how we evolved as traders by taking a business like approach to trading without just speculating, and having expected monthly and annual income from swing trading Index and Currency Futures.

Only 30-60 minutes per day (usually less) is needed for analysis and trade management of our Futures trades, plus we do not have to be sitting in front of a computer for hours looking at charts on lower time frames.

Unlike options, with Futures we can estimate fairly well how much $$$ we expect to make and lose every year. We can then trade size and plan accordingly. With the micro Futures, we can risk smaller amounts of capital until ready to trade bigger size positions.
