Facebook (FB) Stock - Value Stock or Value Trap After Crash?

Описание: Facebook (Meta) Stock crashed over 20% this week after the company reported earnings. While the Q4 earnings weren't all that bad, in fact they were in-line with expectations - the company's guidance came well below where analysts were expecting. The stock promptly sold off 20%.

I wanted to give you a closer look at why Facebook stock sold off so quickly, and why I wasn't immediately buying the dip in the stock. Today we take a look at the revenue and operating profit trends over the past year.

Additionally we myth bust the fact many investors feel this stock has a P/E ratio of about 17x. However, that's out of date. Depending on how Facebook executes in the upcoming quarters - the P/E ratio of Facebook might be closer to 30x ... which certainly wouldn't make it a "value stock" as many investors are saying.
