Written originally on guitar and piano before being transposed. This one was an incredibly difficult piece for me; I wanted to bring forth two melodies that would intertwine/harmonize beautifully, but also provide dissonance and discomfort. As anyone who has lost someone knows, you just kind of keep on living; and as time goes on it gets easier; but there is always pain that comes back around. I tried to orchestrate that in this piece. I hope you enjoy.
