Em Dath Rir (US) - Black Noise Sampler (2003)

Описание: Great sampler with tracks from various releases by Em Dath Rir. A name standing for Every Minute Detail About The Human Race Is Revolting, and a rather overlooked project from the early 00s American underground, perhaps most noticeable for the involvement of Dominick Fernow (Ash Pool, Prurient, Departure Chandelier, Vatican Shadow, etc.) on live drums.

Excellent project self-classified as Grindcore with Black Metal influences. I'd say it's clearly more Black Metal oriented, whereas the Grindcore element is much more present in spirit and in the political lyrical content with acute social critique, against bigotry, moral degradation and class parasitism. The Grind and Punk musical elements are still definitely present in some tracks, but most tend to a more melodic, albeit bleak and acrid, Black Metal sound reminiscent with the likes of Ash Pool, Malveillance or Akitsa.
