Описание: In this episode of I Pressed On, Brian and Brook talk with legendary pioneer of the Jesus Music Movement, Kelly Willard. She was a member of the famous CCM group The Archers. She also sang and played keyboards for countless other recording artists including Bob Bennet and Roby Duke. In 1978 she was approached by Maranatha! Music to begin producing her own solo projects. Kelly has recorded 11 albums. In this very real and powerful interview Kelly shares about the abuse she suffered as a child at the hands of her mentally ill mother. As an adult, Kelly experienced severe, deep depression after her daughter committed suicide. She later had a psychotic break from reality and was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. She shares the challenges and struggles of the many negative aspects of that disorder and how medications have been able to help her find balance and stability and be able to press on.
