You do not require a gym membership, special equipment or much time.
If you’ve struggled to make strength training part of your running routine, this advanced 7-minute routine will help you become the best runner you can be.
The exercises are as follows:
1. Single leg toe touch
2. Forward lunge with twist
3. Plank with alternate leg raise
4. Side plank with leg raise
5. Glute bridge with march
6. Push ups
7. Reverse plank
If you don't find this challenging enough, do the entire routine twice for a total of 14-minutes.
