This is a combat version of the Colossus theme. A suspense version (Colossus of Rhodes from the released OST) plays during the second Colossus fight, and in the second floor of the Clotho level. Other short versions of the theme play at the end of the intro cutscene, and when defeating the Colossus. In GoW3, another short variation of the Colossus theme plays when killing Hephaestus.
