Whether you have been sitting at a desk all day or standing for hours, This 20-minute Hatha Yoga practice is designed to move your spine in every direction, keeping it healthy, young, and resilient. We move from head to toes, using the Classical Sun Salutation as our foundation to open the body fully and release the ‘physical armour’ we carry.
In this session, we will focus on:
• Breath-Led Movement: Moving with the breath to regulate your nervous system and expand your awareness.
• Spinal Well-being: Targeted flows to release the pressure in your lower and upper back.
• Deep Hip Release: Using the Pigeon Pose to let go of the emotional and physical stress stored in the lower body.
Return to this practice whenever you feel the urge to ‘log off’mentally and restore your physical ease.
