🍫 INGREDIENTS — FERRERO ROCHER LAYERED CAKE
Cake layers
Chocolate sponge cake (or chocolate biscuits) 🍪
Milk (for soaking, optional) 🥛
Chocolate hazelnut cream
250 g mascarpone
200 ml cold heavy cream
2–3 tbsp powdered sugar
3 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread 🌰🍫
Filling & topping
Ferrero Rocher chocolates (chopped)
Melted dark chocolate 🍫
Chopped hazelnuts 🌰
