Adventure Bio: This is my first adventure with the Rocky MTN Tenkara Chupacabra. This rod is a double zoom starting at 10.5' and zooms to 12'. It is a beautiful rod aesthetically and has a fun smaller handle unlike the RIO which has a full length handle (and then some). This rod was made in the new ownerships image to pair with Chico. The openness of this Uinta river system is perfect for longer rods like a 12' tenkara rod. We had to combat wind so most of my flies were too heavy for a tenkara rod giving me a mixed perception for a first impression. I cannot blame it on the rod and a follow up video will be made. So far I am enjoying what I see and if you are familiar with WTR rods, this should feel familiar.
