2 of Malibu's most iconic homes have hit the market for sale. The sandcastle house is priced at $27,500,000 and the wave house is priced at $49,500,000. These 2 homes were built by the legend architect Harry Gesner. Gesner lived in the sandcastle home until his passing. And the wave house sat next door (and was occupied by some famous names itself!)
