Close your eyes and listen...Listen to the five example sentences for each one of the seven authentic Spanish expressions and repeat them in your mind, that you can become familiar with the use of them.
🧠 In a state of relaxation the brain is more "open" to receive information and that is the state to have more chance to achieve changes in our brain. That's why is this a very efficient way to enrich for example, the vocabulary and become familiar with the pronunciation.
👉 To relax is one of the most important thing we can do for our brain health. To attend only one issue (instead of multitasking of the whole day), is a relief for the brain and it avoids thoughts about concerns and the emergence of ANTS (automatic negative thoughts).
🤓 Otherweise, studies have shown, that mentally practice of any skill for the brain is like a real excercise, because the same brain areas are activated.
🎯 So, incorporate that "passive" way of studying in your learning process. I recommend it above all, any time during the day when you need a break, or before going to sleep at night.
