Exploring Vancouver Island, BC || Emerald Canyon & East Sooke Regional Park

Vancouver Island is massive and offers way too much to explore with only a handful of days to use. We spent our last day in Port Renfrew exploring Sombrio Beach and sought out the Emerald Canyon, which seems to be a nice little hidden gem in the area. It is not marked at all, and is only found by word of mouth or researching the area. This short hike can only be done when it is low tide, so make sure you pay attention!

Emerald Canyon was extremely cool in itself, but unfortunately we didn't have much time to stick around. We then headed for our last stop on the island in Victoria where I wanted to explore East Sooke Regional Park. The area of Victoria has many sights to offer, and I wish I had more time to film all that we got to see. But I was able to capture what ended up being an amazing sunset inside the park, hitting the well known Creyke Point and getting a shot I've been wanting for a while.

This will be my last video covering Vancouver Island, but I do know that I will be back someday to explore more of the northern section!
