Bring Your Heat Treatment Process In-House | L&L Special Furnace

Описание: In this video, we are going to take a look at L&L Special Furnaces's "Bring Your Heat Treat In House" Package. This package is intended for smaller facilities who want to get a start on doing their own heat treating, rather than always having to send parts to an outside vendor.

The (2) products included with this package are the QDS124 Dual Chamber Electric Hardening and Tempering Furnace and a QTS1224 Quench Tank.

The QDS124 Hardening Chamber features a Max Temp of 2350F / 1285C, a Program Controller, and Inert Blanketting Atmosphere.

The QDS124 Tempering Chamber features a max temp of 1250F / 675C, a Single Temperature Controller, stainless steel circulation fan, and a Stainless Steel Muffle to shield the Furnace Load from direct radiation from the Heating Elements.

The QTS1224 is a 65 Gallon Heated and Agitated quench tank. It is set up for use with polymer-based quench media, but can optionally be set up for straight water or oil quench media. There is a guard around the Agitator Chamber to prevent any parts from contacting the agitator and a safety lid for when the Quench Tank is not in use.
