The guy told the tycoon that Liv was a well-known scammer who never paid for food or drinks. She also frequently made her dates pay for her and disappeared once she got what she wanted. The millionaire, however, didn’t seem to be bothered by this. He even praised Liv for her ingenuity. 

But the man did it just to gain her trust. Because the “millionaire” had a scam of his own.
