Been seeing the recent viral Dubai chocolate desserts? Well you can make these delicious desserts right from home, and from scratch!
With this dubai chocolate filling (kataifi+pistachio spread), you can make a variety of desserts: chocolate, mochi, cookies… It is super versatile, fun to make, and also delicious!
Here are the Kataifi Ingredients: (filling portion)
All-purpose flour 200g
Cornstarch 150g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water 400 ml
Butter to grease the pan
*tip: always use high heat! (For proper cooking of kataifi, and toasting later on)
Pistachio paste if intending to make from home (store bought, look for “pistachio creme”):
pistachios (grounded into a paste)
White chocolate
For the mochi:
150g Glutinous rice flour (1 cup)48g Granulated sugar (1/4 cup)15g Cornstarch (2 tbsp)15g Cocoa powder (2 tbsp)240ml Whole milk (1 cup)1 tbsp Vegetable oil
*tip: use gloves- for a MUCH easier time!
