Why is this Important?

Because most people allow their creative, spiritual energy to scatter and aimlessly getting caught up reacting to the outer world and focusing on what they DON'T want.

But when we intentionally engage the mind, through idealization and visualization, we harness our inner power to mold reality.

When we use our creative powers intentionally, it becomes the architect of our reality.

Idealization is the process of choosing what we want to create, a clear, precise mental image or idea of the outcome we desire. It's the blueprint.

Visualization is the process of building this image in our mind with feeling, color and life. It's the emotional and sensory fuel that brings the blueprint to life.

Your subconscious mind accepts this blueprint and begins aligning your life accordingly. The clearer and more emotionally charged your inner vision, the more powerful its creative force.

The Mental Workshop is where these two forces meet. And when we consistently return to this inner space, focused, still and deliberate, we become conscious co-creators of our life, instead of unconscious reactors to circumstance.
