Michel Dumont, mother of Haus of Dumont, is a queer, Two-Spirit Metis artist and fashion designer from Thunder Bay, ON. Known for his reinvention and transformation of what the world leaves behind, or discards, his work is a true testament of sustainability and Indigenous cultural values. Vulnerably, Michel opens up about the complexities of identity, the legacy of the Indian Day School system, and his history with medication as a disabled artist.
