Описание: In this video I do a "not quite abandoned mall" tour of Hickory point mall in Forsyth Illinois. This mall, like many smaller town malls in the midwest seems to be on borrowed time. Some stores are thriving within, while many mall stores sit empty and unoccupied, and yet others look like they haven't changed since the 90's. This "not quite abandoned mall" tour hits the nostalgic feels, the appreciation for what we have, and if you are like me, the fantasy of what could be done with an empty mall department store with the right amount of money. This nearly abandoned tour of Hickory Point mall sees so many store fronts such as Hobby Lobby, Kohls, Von Maur, TJ Maxx, Ross, Finish Line, Auntie Anne's as well as the empty shells of what once were Bergners, and Sears. Malls throughout America were a staple of my generations childhood and I feel we should all appreciate what we still have of them while we can. As our grandparents would probably love to step foot in an old school drug store, Woolworths, or soda shop we can still enjoy our malls. So check out this "not quite abandoned mall" tour of Hickory Point mall!
