[TALL DROP] - Basketball Warm Up | Pro-Form x Hills Hornets Basketball Association
Purpose: Develop force absorption.
Action: Stand tall and rise up onto your toes, lift your arms straight in the air. From this position, rapidly drop your heels down arms down. Bend at the knees to absorb the downward force of your body.
Focus: Fold at the hip and knee and be as quick as possible.
Sets + Reps: 1 set, 15 reps
