Rui Mach Ingredients
১ কেজি রুই মাছ / 1 Kg Rohu Fish
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
১.৫ চা চামচ সরষের তেল / 1.5 Tsp Mustard Oil
৩ টি টমেটো / 3 Ea Tomato
২ টি পেঁয়াজ / 2 Ea onion
১৫ গ্রাম আদা / 15g ginger
২০ গ্রাম রসুন / 20g Garlic
৭-৮ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 7-8 ea Green chilli
জল / water
১ কাপ কোড়ানো নারকেল / 1 cup grated coconut
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী জল / water as required
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
১ চা চামচ জিরা / 1 tsp cumin seeds
২-৩ টি শুকনো লঙ্কা / 2-3 Ea dry red chilli
২ টি এলাচ / 2 ea Cardamom
১.৫ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1.5 Tsp Turmeric Powder
১ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
১.৫ চা চামচ ধনেগুঁড়ো / 1.5 Tsp Coriander Powder
লেবুর পাতা / Lemon Leaves
কাঁচা লঙ্কা চেরা / green chilli slit
