• General & EWS: 50th → 7th percentile
• General PwBD: 45th → 5th percentile
• SC, ST, OBC (including PwBD): cut-off reduced to 0
The change does not affect exam scores or ranks, but expands eligibility to fill vacant MD/MS seats across the country.
