Burnham Park Baguio Walking Tour | Must Visit Tourist Attraction | Burnham Lake | Skating Rink. Burnham Park is a must visit tourist attraction in Baguio City conveniently located just a short walk from Session Road. It was
established in 1925 by Leonard Wood, the American Governor General of
the Philippines at the time and designed by Daniel Burnham. Burnham
Park covers a land area of 32.84 hectares featuring a man made lake 10
feet deep, rose garden, orchidarium, skating rink and amusement park
with over 2600 trees and 72 species of plants. The main activities in
the park are biking, skating and renting one of the swan boats at
Burnham Lagoon.
