Improvising During Worship - Radiant Church JXN - w/Michael Popenhagen

This whole video is us improvising during a night of worship, because of the Holy Spirit being in the room. As Michael led everyone into the Holy Spirit, we all had to listen to the Lord about what we were going to play behind him.

Parts of this, include the drums sound like a march, getting faster and faster, until you're running. In other parts, it sounds like a song I love to play along to. In a couple parts, I knew he was going to keep going so i kept the drums alive. Listening to this now makes me realize that I made a lot of weird choices on what I added to worship drums, but part of that, is because I let myself out at church. And they knew that was me, just being me, worshiping the Lord.

Audio is my in-ears mix, which is why the click pops out, and the snare sounds rough. It sounds way better through the house speakers! Thank you Joey for mixing the mains live. Try listening with headphones on
